ШИЛИН АЛЕКСЕЙ ИВАНОВИЧ

 Заведующий сектором хореографии Государственного республиканского центра русского фольклора (ГРЦРФ), профессор кафедры русского народно-певческого искусства Московского государственного института культуры (МГИК), Заслуженный работник культуры РФ

 Алексей Шилин является одним из ведущих российских специалистов в области народной хореографии. Он известен не только как опытный педагог, внесший качественные изменения в преподавание предмета «Русский народный танец» в Российских образовательных учреждениях культуры, но и как яркий хореограф-постановщик, интерпретатор танцевального фольклора, серьезный ученый-исследователь в области этнохореологии.

Являясь профессором кафедры русского народно-певческого искусства МГУКИ, Шилин А.И. ведет большую учебно-педагогическую работу. Его ученики руководят фольклорными коллективами в разных регионах страны и преподают.

Алексей Шилин организовал более 40 фольклорных экспедиций по разным областям России и собрал уникальный видеофонд русского хореографического фольклора, который стал основой для создания отечественной школы народного хореографического искусства.

Многосторонняя практическая работа Шилина А.И. находит свое обобщение в его научно-методической деятельности и трудах. Многочисленные публикации последних лет позволяют говорить о нем, как об одном из ведущих ученых в области народной хореографии.

  ALEXEI SHILIN

 Leader of Choreographic Sector at the State Republican Center of Russian Folklore, the professor at the Moscow State Institute of Culture’s Russian Traditional Song Art department, the Honoured Cultural Worker of Russia

 Alexei Shilin is one of the leading Russian specialists of traditional choreography. He is recognized as an experienced educator who made quality changes into teaching of Russian Traditional Dance at Russian cultural educational institutions. He is also known as a talented choreographer and stage manager, an interpreter of dancing folklore, and a serious researcher at the field of ethnochoreology.

As a professor at the Moscow State Institute of Culture’s Russian Traditional Song Art department, Alexei Shilin runs an extensive educational work. His former students lead folk ensembles in various parts of Russia, and also teach.

Alexei Shilin has organized more than 40 folk expeditions in various parts of Russia and collected a unique video collection of Russian choreographic folklore. His collection became the basement for Russian school of traditional choreographic art.

Alexei Shilin’s all around practical work is summarized in his academic and methodical works. The recent years’ publications prove his position as one of the leading researchers of traditional choreography.

A graduate of the Department of Russian folk singing art of the Moscow State University of Culture and Arts (Issue 2014)

At the moment a graduate student at the Department of History, History of Culture and Museum of the Moscow State Institute of Culture.

Winner of the All-Russian and international competitions in the field of folklore performance, party festivals held both in Russia and abroad as a solo artist and a member of folklore ensembles.

Since 2004 she has been active in the field work of the Udmurt Republic, since 2010 - in the Bryansk region and the border with her Belarusian regions, from 2015 - in the Arkhangelsk and Belgorod regions.

Participant studio folklore-ethnographic ensemble "National Holiday", the folk ensemble "Guberniya" Creative association "Under the clouds." Artist of the folk group "Ivan Kupala".
